The Cyclist Talent Protection Initiative
"I have always been passionate about cycling, a sport that has not only shaped my life but also given me numerous opportunities to excel and represent New Zealand on both national and international stages. Over the years, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges athletes face. Driven by a deep commitment to improving the competitive landscape of cycling in New Zealand, I took it upon myself to create a program that addresses these gaps and nurtures young talent.
Currently, I am working with a small group of young athletes, offering coaching and personal development programs. My time spent with these cyclists has been incredibly rewarding for me and has further reinforced the importance of comprehensive support. I believe this initiative will not only help these athletes reach their full potential but also contribute to the overall improvement of cycling in New Zealand. "
